Nero's Homage is a TALL, HANDSOME Friesian sporthorse gedling sired by the legendary Friesian stallion Nero and out of a gorgeous big Thoroughbred/Percheron mare. Homage has been ridden since he was three years old and he has had driving training as well as trail riding experience. He is currently in dressage training with Mindy Price of Blackshire (ZORRO Friesian Stallion and HESSEL Friesian Stallion) and he is starting to get fit. Homage is excellent with vet and farrier, good ground manners as well as easy to catch, good to groom, good to tack up and he trailers well.

Homage was inspected on the Sporthorse Standard by FEIT and scored a 7.721 - earning High Merit Status and Sport Horse Designation (gold papers) with the Friesian Heritage Horse & Sporthorse Int'l. Homage received an "8" on his trot and an "8" on overall development and impression. The judge said "good working walk" "good use of hocks for impulsion/engagement", "shows talent and presence" and "he is a nice big package with a possible big future".

Homage is slow to mature and is just starting to come into himself; this is a young horse with a solid foundation, excellent conformation and he has the potential to excel as a future sporthorse. Homage is flamboyant with a lot of presence and a super personality.
