Blackshire Equestrian is proud to introduce a young star in the making. A good portion of the pictures below were taken of Gaerem as a coming three year old . Since then he has grown and matured even more. His first show out this spring he won all of his classes easily, was the Sr. High Point of the show AND the high percentage horse of the show. This is a colt with a ton of presence, a very kind demeanor, amazingly correct conformation and he is destined to be the kind of "storybook" Friesian with the amazingly long and thick mane, forelock and tail. If you are looking for a young Friesian that has the quality of gaits and the work ethic to become an upper level horse; this horse has the stuff! Gaerem is balanced and correct from head to tail with an amazing athletic ability.
He has shown a real aptitude as a riding and show horse and he has a wonderful work ethic. He gives 100% every time he is ridden and loves to play to the crowd. You can just see him "glow" when an audience gives him their approval. Gaerem was imported in utero from the Netherlands and is by one of the great World Champions - Sape 381. The dam was an incredible mare - she was rewarded for her perfection by being classified as a MODEL mare.
This young stallion is an up and coming star with incredible bloodlines being offered for sale due to my partners wanting to get into the Gypsy breed.
