Ares is a tall, flashy chestnut stallion who has a good amount of bone, a long neck and an uphill build. He has three lovely gaits. Ares has a lot of presence; people always stop to see him when visiting our ranch as they are drawn to his movie star looks.

He is siring young horses who are athletic and have exemplary trainability.

Foals are eligible for registration with the IDHSNA through their certificate of pedigree program.
Ares' sire, Beeston Laird was a 17.2 hand imported approved Irish Draught Stallion. Known for his temperament as well as his athleticism, including a lovely jump. Fortunately, Beeston Laird proved himself able to pass on his temperament, willing work ethic and athletic ability to his offspring. He produced wonderful progeny who are athletic, intelligent and excellent amateur owner sporthorse partners.
Ares' damsire, Banks Fee Daniel was one of the most successful stallions of his type standing at stud. His own competition record together with that of his stock, speaks volumes for his ability to breed top class show and competition horses of all types. Daniel consistently covered a large number of mares, both in the United Kingdom and the United States and has some of the best pure and part bred stock to his name. Banks Fee Daniel was ranked within the top 25% of the United States Equestrian Federation leading sire of show jumpers list.
