Cosmo is for someone looking for a traditional type Irish Show Cob with a lot of flash. Whether for dressage, eventing or fox hunting he will stand out from the crowd. Cosmo has correct conformation; a big uphill rolling canter and an expressive trot; substantial bone and he is FANCY.

The BEST thing about Cosmo is his temperament; he is fairly unflappable and very gentle. We cannot say enough good things about his attitude and willingness to get along. He is so accommodating and warm. Cosmo is extremely well handled. He has impeccable ground manners and is a truly amateur friendly young horse. Cosmo stands well for bathing, blow drying, clipping, ties, loads and hauls well, great for blanketing, farrier and vet work. Some day he will make an ideal youth mount as he is so even keeled, gentle and fun.

Cosmo can live well either outside 24/7 or in a box stall with daily turnout. While he prefers to go out with other horses (he is not at all aggressive and will get along well with other non aggressive horses) he can also go out alone.

The dam is an RID approved purebred Irish mare and so this colt has been registered with the IDHSNA (dna and microchipped).
